- GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
All Restaurant
Hourly Employees report directly to the Restaurant Manager and
the restaurant management team.
Safety Coordinator is knowledgeable of safety policies and
procedures. The Safety Coordinator uses this knowledge to observe employee work
performance and correct employees (training) to follow proper safety practices
in the restaurant. In addition, the Safety Coordinator conducts routine and
on-going safety checks-safety audits-on the restaurant facility and reports
findings to the management team.
Training Coordinator assists in orientation and training of the crew
team. The Training Coordinator also assists the management team in
communicating policies and procedures. In addition, the Training Coordinator
may have other administrative accountabilities as assigned by the Restaurant
Manager.
Breakfast Coordinators when acting as the
shift manager is responsible for training, directing, delegating, positioning,
coordinating and controlling the crew team to meet QSC standards. The Breakfast
Coordinator is responsible for solving QSC bottlenecks, handling customer
complaints, and conducting good public relations in the restaurant. The
Breakfast Coordinator is responsible for completing all breakfast shift
administrative responsibilities and ensuring all company security and safety
policies and procedures are adhered to.
Shift Supervisor when acting as the shift
manager is responsible for training, directing, delegating, positioning,
coordinating and controlling the crew team to meet QSC standards. The Shift
Supervisor is responsible for solving QSC bottlenecks, handling customer
complaints, and conducting good public relations in the restaurant. The Shift
Supervisor is responsible for completing all shift administrative
